- Pack the return items in a box.
- Print out the RMA, and cut into 2 pieces (“Return Mailing Label” and “Return Authorization Slip”).
- Put the “Return Authorization Slip ” inside the return package.
- Affix the “Return Mailing Label” on the return package, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
- Go to nearest post office (USPS) to purchase the postage and send out. Please use the cheapest shipping option as possible to save the return shipping cost.
