  • Do you support customization?
  • No. I’m sorry, currently we are unable customize tags writing, quantity, ribbon color, etc due to production limitation.

  • Do you support gift wrapping?
  • No, we do not support gift wrapping,
  • To reduce environmental impact, we pack our products in minimal packaging whenever possible.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?
  • We accept Paypal, Visa, Master Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Microsoft Pay.
  • The payment buttons for Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Microsoft Pay, usually only show when there is a saved payment method in the compatible browser or device being used, otherwise, the option is unavailable.
  • Update 2021/09/26: currently Google Pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Microsoft Pay are disable until futher notice.

  • Is my credit card information stored on your website?
  • No, our site never store any credit card info, your key in credit card info transmit encrypted directly to Stripe (a world renowned payment gateway), without going through our site. See how Stripe protects your data.

  • If I give my email during checkout, will I get spam?
  • No, your email address is only used for purchase-related messages. We hate spam too.
  • In contrast to other websites, we do not have newsletter subscription box, annoying pop-up, customer account setup, we don’t even send abandoned cart emails like others do.

  • What is your shipping and return policy?
  • Currently, we only ship within US. For international order please visit our amazon store (import custom tax may apply).
  • Within US, we offer free standard shipping and expedited shipping (+ USD2.00). International shipping rate vary on amazon chekout.
  • We accept 120 days return.
